Our Housing and Maintenance teams are experienced in early identification of repair needs for both immediate and long term action. 4walls’ relationships span publicly owned housing, community housing, and private investment stock and as such our team is experienced in managing a range of housing standards in both condition and design.

- With a ‘call-centre’ style maintenance ‘hot line’ our tenants have immediate access to have their maintenance needs attended to.
- By employing cleaning and handyman staff on a full-time basis with flexible work hours we are able to save on time and cost when ongoing maintenance and repairs are required.
- For more complex maintenance and repairs where qualified contractors are used, our application and performance monitoring processes ensure that only quality trades- people work on your property.
- We have a preferred contractor register that is reviewed twice yearly to ensure we are employing the best person to carry out repairs and provide an after hour service to attend to any emergencies.
- Our follow-up procedure supports our strong commitment to tenant satisfaction and quality control of contractors.
- Our Housing Managers have considerable experience delivering community housing services so they have well-developed skills in managing individual tenancies and addressing maintenance matters promptly to limit the impact on your property.
