SPLASH is a purpose built and developed SQL database built with the latest Microsoft Silverlight technology. The database is specifically designed to manage Community Housing tenancies and their associated properties. It allows for the management of third party owned property as well as organization owned stock It is able to capture core statistical reports for funding partners and stakeholders as well as user-specified reports.

Visually and conceptually designed for ease of use it is a database that caters for staff with many and varied levels of technological experience yet provides high level security to protect confidential client and organisational information. SPLASH is supported by a 5 day per week Helpdesk function. Training is also available and a user manual provided for assistance on a day to day basis.

Run on its own server, the integrity of the system is assured with a regime of backups and ongoing quality control that gives users confidence that their data is protected and the database is capable of meeting their various needs as a Community Housing Provider.
