Bendigo Bank Flood Cheque

Bendigo & Adelaide Bank’s Community Enterprise Foundation™ were pleased to partner with 4 Walls Ltd, to address immediate needs of flood affected individuals by donating $15,000 from the foundations Queensland Flood Appeal to support their ‘Emergency Accommodation’ program. Tenants

There are a number of steps you must complete before you can successfully rent a property that is being tenanted under the National Rental Affordability Scheme (NRAS). The steps are:

  1. Before Submitting Your Tenancy Application, review the NRAS Information Fact Sheet
  2. If you believe you are eligible please complete and submit your application for NRAS Eligibility to Queensland Department of Communities (Housing Service Centre). Please click on the  NRAS Tenancy Application to download your application form.
  3. If you are eligible for an NRAS property, the Department of Communities (Housing and Homelessness Services) will issue you with an NRAS Application Number. This is your NRAS ID Number and must be used with any tenancy applications.

Submitting Your Tenancy Application to 4walls Ltd

  1. Complete and submit your Tenancy Application (see attached document the 4walls NRAS Tenancy Application). Ensure you have attached all requested identification and documentation.
